Coming out of the motorway: :
   -take to A1 motorway to Parma tollgate
   -keep to the right and take Via EUROPA
   -go on this road; just past the ringroad you'll find the "Bormioli Luigi" on your right
   -you'll find a round about: turn left into Via CAGLIARI
   -go straight on via VENEZIA
   -at the second traffics lights, turn left into via BENEDETTA
   -you'll find the TRE VILLE hotel just past the TAMOIL petrol pump.
